Laxity in ACL graft on MRI report of 10 months ACL reconstruction case needs revision surgey or treats with physiotherapy. I have not fall after surgery.

Is x ray enough to rule out rib fracture? In my x ray there is broken rib but I still feel pain and tenderness after 90 days.No pain on deep breathing or sneezing only minor on some specific movement.
