Bone & Muscle problems

Hi all, I had been suffering from acute lower pain for the last few days. Then I consulted an orthopaedician and went for a CT Scan. There was nothing alarming in the reports. Then the doctor prescribed some medicines and also advised some exercises for the back. There was a medicine named Neuroloc. He told me that I would feel a bit drowsy after having this medicine. He also prescribed Mobizox. Can someone please help me with what is the use of Neuroloc?

After felling canvas board on feet we did X-ray and MRI In mri report it shown Micro Fracture proximal phalange of the great left toe. Crepe bandage for 3months Is crepe bandage is better or medical shoe is better ?
