I am feeling pain in both the legs and weakness as well. what could be the cause? any blood test needs to be done?

I use to walk 7 kms to 9 kms in one go. Since a month I am experiencing pain on knee cap and knee buckling when I bend forward putting weight on knees . Surprise is I don't experience any pain during my walk. I walk at speed of 6.2 kmph. Started applying volitra aps spray from today.. when pain goes up im taking mobizox tablet...(not regular...once in a week or once in 10days) Is it enough or any alternative than calling me for personal visit or online

I'm facing crawling like symptoms in the specific part of upper back with specific body movements(near to sholder blade) but no pain since 3 weeks. 2 months back identified L5S1 disc bulge and recovering by doing core strengthen exercise. My B12 is 447.2 pg/ml , Vitamin D is 27.50 L ng/ml. When I consulted ortho doctor, he prescribed it as Fibromyalgia. Pls advise.

I have severe pain in right chest and right upper back for last 2.5 years now. I took 2 HRCT thorax twice. First time the radiologists could not find anything but this time in bangalore, radiologist found a sternalis muscle on the right side. Can someone tell me if this muscle develops before birth or it comes after birth as I never faced pain in chest before .
