Bone & Muscle problems

I have pain in heels from the moment I get up in the morning , and then as I walk little it feels better but by the end of the day the pain increases , I can't walk for long distances or stand for too long .how do I get rid of this pain I do ice packs , they help little but pain doesn't go fully . Please help

Hi, Yesterday my mom felt, and now she is having a lot of pain in shoulders. We have done the xray in which shows there are mild cracks, dr prescribed these 2 medicines and bed rest along with arm pouch. Phlogam Lorsaid sd 8 But my mom is not feeling good.Could you please suggest some medicines or some diet improvement which can help in quick bone healing.

She is having severe pain on her right knee It's causing her to struggle with putting pressure on that knee, so she has to rely on her other knee for support. Whenever she straightens her leg while lying in bed, she hears a sound. Basically her right knee is not working and it pains a lot

I'm having severe leg pain below the knee both legs from past one month dr prescribed vitamin d 60k tab and evion Lc. I'm taking it for one week and it feels better but I'm getting back the same pain once I stop the medicine. How long can I continue with the same medication.

Suddenly I feel my back of the head become bigger...I have cervical lordosis...there is no headache but pain in right shoulder and neck...but my head feels bigger is this concern?

Low calcium n VD3 levels. Taken supplement for 2 months. But lowe back ache is still. Problem. Did XRay too.

My aunt is having severe back pain in the morning time... Till eve it reduces but again next day morning it pain like anything means she feel like back wil be stiff... Again it reduces by eve... Pls suggest y it's happening.. thank you

Prolapsed invertival disc with lumber canal stenosis Ap diameter 8mm Epidural injection done but still have little bit pain and stiffness in back So I changed the doctor and start taking consultation to spine surgeon Previously I took treatment in pmr department AIIMS Bhopal Question is spine surgeon again going for epidural steroid injection So it's a second time there is any harm or not It's Fully safe in second time?

Can you please suggest me what to do after seeing the MRI scan  reports. It's difficult to sit long , stand long . Can't get sleep properly. It's painful

After an accident on January 28th, I came home and was able to walk with little pain but not normally. I underwent an X-ray, which showed no fractures. However, 15 days ago, I underwent an MRI, and now they're advising for a cast. I wanted to know if I have to opt for surgery or not. I have attached the MRI report
