I have phelgm in throat. No runny nose, sneezing or cough problem. My some phelgym comes out during bath but chest still heavy. Any medicine. I am taking giloy tablet empty stomach. Is it enough medicine.

Should I be taking this medicine if I am allergic to licorice ? My sneezing and congestion seems to have increased due to this. Or does it happen when you start the medicine initially.
