I have varicocele i met a doctor today he prescribed me some medicines I have one question he told me to take ashwagandha . I want to know does ashwagandha tablet have any side effects as somewhere I read that alternate testesterone tablets can affect your natural body generating testesterone.

My father facing problem of wet gangrene and doctor advice cut the toe .does ayurveda has treatment  of wet gangrene to save my father toe .

I do feel a bit extra saliva coming under my tongue while i am talking...makes my mouth feel watery always when i talk...this is happening from past 6-8 months...i can still talk well enough but this makes me uncomfortable...it doesn't feel natural...i have to be conscious while talking...that i might not spit saliva ..or have to talk slow and at low tone...coz saliva makes my mouth a bit heavy...is it due to taking less water ?? Or any vitamin or mineral...plz help... ayurvedic...help.

Can we use Kumkumadi Thilam in face.. How long it is safe to use?? Pls suggest???....................

I'm a healthy individual daily morning while passing stools my stools will be loose and sticky I don't know wats the reason I'll pass stool only once a day and they will be loose motions. Wat to do for it it's been from past two months I don't have other problem

Kindly guide wether swarna guggulu is helpful in case of post trauamtic arthritic pain caused due to tibial condyle fracture of knee occured 21 yrs back.Allopathic doctors say that the cartilage between joints is damaged to a large extent.Is it helpful in my case and How much time do i have to take it to see any result.

I had covid in April and have had post covid complications for 3-4 months. I have been consuming alot of medicines since 3-4 months. Currently having weakness, dizziness and for the same taking Multivitamins. Since last 2 weeks, I have developed alot of acne type folliculitis on upper body, mostly on forehead. Any ayurvedic treatment for the same?

I face some gastric problems from long time, like acidity, loss of apetite, bitter taste in mouth, etc. Dr diagnose it as IBS, also i have fatty liver and my bilirubin levels remains slightly high and i face some anxiety also, some body suggested me drakshasava and i started taking it, i feel relieved. I want to ask how long should i take it and is their any possible side effects of it. And does it increases blood sugar levels.

I am experiencing less flow during periods for the past 2 months, it usually lasts for 2 days but earlier it used to be 3 to 4 days, can I use Ashokarishta or any other tonic to get a good flow, please suggest as I m really tensed.

I am seeking your help from ayurveda specialist to suggest a medicine that I can take for a longer time regularly to cope with above. Note none of the problem is serious but sometimes happens frequently causing disturbance in the body.
