Muscles pain and stiffness in neck and upper working on laptop and sitting for long time causes hips pain and arms

Iam suffering from hyperthyroidism and diarrhea...iam currently taking carbimazole 10 mg twice a day...but iam having diarrhea every day...no matter how healthy I eat...I have stopped all spice foods,junk food etc...iam having diarrhea long before I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism...what to do plz help... Is there any ayurvedic treatment available?
