SUFFERING FROM BPH
I taking Allopathic medicine for BPH ie one tab of dutasteride 0.5 mg+tamsulosin 0.4 mg in a day from last five years as long as I take it no problem for urination.Now I want to go with Ayurvedic medicine.please advise the Ayurvedic medicine

Wavy tongue edges.
I have wavy edges on both sides of tongue.
Is there any health issue related to this, and does ayurveda has a treatment?
For reference, I have chronic constipation problem.
No other problem. I don't drink, nor smoke, and am a pure vegetarian.

Query about way of taking tablet
If I take an ayurvedic tablet of medium size and suck then after some time it dissolves in mouth then its work effectiveness will be reduced than if I swallow the tablet with water ???
