I wanted to regrow my hair ,when I was teenager I had so thick hair ,my hair now is less then 1/4 then before,I don't have any problem like iron deficiency,thyroid etc.i take multivitamin tablet daily ,my hair sheedding rate is normal .I want to regrow my hair thick and voluminous,I don't want to undergo prp for that ,please suggest some non invasive way to regrow healthy thick hair

Hi How long can i take brahma rasayam Currently taking gokshuradhi guggulu, charak calcury and varunadhi kwath for kidney stones and cholesterol. I am looking for good anti aging anti tiredness general medicine which is currently brahma rasayan. Can i take it for more than 1 to 2 years? As I have problem of high BP. Also anxiety and schezophernia. One doctor suggested me Himalaya Mentat twice and ashwagandha once. My question is that in BP can I take ashwagandha ? I am taking allopathic medicines for BP and anxiety and schezophernia.
