Hi doc, In my BMD test I was diagnosed with Osteopenia, plz help, how can i increase my Vit D levels asap.....it is disrupting my day to day activities...

I am 27 years Male with obesity and insulin resistance. Experiencing angina symptoms like chest pain, sweating and shortness of breath. Conventional coronary angiography study revealed that there is coronary slow flow in all coronary arteries without any stenosis. The doctor told me that this is because of endothelial and microvascular dysfunction. Is there any treatment for this in ayurveda??? Still experiencing angina symptoms.

I have quited smoking last 5 days ago now i want to make my health better and my body parts detox especially mouth , throat ( tonsil's infection heavy one )and lungs I am having cough and khasi jisma cough nikal raha ha ha baar baar throat me ajeeb se after 4 day of quitting and today also Chest me thoda sa and all and mouth me bhi ajeeb ajeeb sa lag raha ha I want yoga and natural fruits and food for being normal not any medicine. Hi. I am 36 year old business man based out of delhi NCR. I have been smoking 5-6 cigarettes on an average since more than 15 years. I know the harmful effects but still I carried on. Now I I a father of 2 beautiful kids and want to get rid of it. I want help in:- 1) How to quit smoking naturally? 2) Any Ayurveda course to completely cleanse my lungs and remove any tar from the surface of my lungs? Also what will be the cost associated to it. I am having asthma cough since last 5 years. Did many treatments but nothing worked out. Recently i noticed that when i oil massage my body and take hot water bath, it relieves my cough a lot. Is there reason behind it? Thenoil i use is mahanaryan oil by kerala ayurveda or nagaarjuna

I have been suffering from senseless feeling at just below of my right chest ( start of belly) since a year. Latrin is Ok. No gastric issue. No acidity issue. But I feel very uncomfortable after meal, it feel like my whole meal become store at the upper portion of my belly. My food habit is very oily and rich food. Less green veggy, less fruit habit. Recently, I have done USG and this shows I have a fatty lever. What to do for my cure?
