Hello I wanted to know that for nasal polyps do I need ayurvedic herbs and all to cure it or I need to get proper medicines like sachet with water and small tablets for it as I am suffering from nasal polyps from more than 2 year almost but it's little better after taking anti biotics and some natural ways but still it's not gone permanently

I have some memory issue and also i have gerd,acid reflux problem and ED PROBLEM, for memory & ED problem i have prescribed Ashwgandharista+shilajit+sarasvatarista, but problem is after taking same medicine my acid reflux & GERD problem getting worst and its increasing my PITTA DOSHA so than heart burning, can anyone solve my problem... as above medicine give good result for memory & ED But same time Increase heart burn & PITTA DOSHA..

I recently got a whole abdomen ultrasound done and would like to know if having the mentioned diagnosis is curable and can cause infertility? My major symptom is that i am having continuous pain in my lower abdomen, especially right side of the lower abdomen, and I suffer from extreme pain during my menstrual cycle.
