Hiii...I am having frequent urination. Also my body temperature is 99, 99.7,. Nausea and heartburn... What is happening?

Two days ago I had a random abdomen ultrasound and Radiologist said I have 13x15 mm cyst in parenchymal region of right kidney with fine internal echoes and slightly irregular wall. Today I had a CT Scan with IV contrast and I'm waiting for the report and I'm scared of the report. Please tell me if it's normal or what? (Please reply as soon as you see the question)

Hello doctor, I've been following low carb diet, I lost 10killos till now my recent blood test shows creatine level is 1.02, I'm currently taking protien suppliments, eegs, chicken breast to meet My protien requirements. I take salad and roti daily basis water 5liters a day. My weight was earlier 90kgs now it's 79.7. I've been following from June. I also got hypothyroidism. Please advice.

I have been detected with urine infection and serum creatinine is 1.2 and eGFR is 80.66. As part of general checkup went for these tests 3 months back and then they were 1.0 and 119 respectively. Do these values change with infection and will they become normal once urine infection resolves
