Asked for Male, 27 Years

I have a burning ulcer on the tip of my tongue from last 4 days. I tried all the medications glycerine,becasules, even applies otc gel. Nothings works. And it pains a lot even when I drink water. Unable to eat food. It has a red circle and there is some yellow tint in the center. Please.help
