About mouth ulcer
I am suffering from mouth ulcer from the last 4 days. Visited a doctor and taken antibiotics. But not cured. Now also heavy pain and bleeding from that ulcer. This mouth ulcer comes from a bite while eating food. Beplex forte also taken. But not cured. What can i do?

Avoid spicy food and hot food.
Take soft diet for few days.

Persistent pain and bleeding after 4 days needs direct examination.The ulcer may need local treatment (cauterization, protective dressing, or topical steroid).
Stop unnecessary antibiotics, usually not required for simple traumatic mouth ulcers unless there are signs of spreading infection (fever, swelling, pus).
Local treatment is most important
Apply a topical steroid oral paste (e.g., triamcinolone oral paste) 2–3 times daily after meals.
Use a local anesthetic gel before eating to reduce pain.
Continue B-complex / multivitamin supplementation.
