See a dentist or ENT specialist urgently Persistent pain and bleeding after 4 days needs direct examination. The ulcer may need local treatment (cauterization, protective dressing, or topical steroid). Stop unnecessary antibiotics, usually not required for simple traumatic mouth ulcers unless there are signs of spreading infection (fever, swelling, pus). Local treatment is most important Apply a topical steroid oral paste (e.g., triamcinolone oral paste) 2–3 times daily after meals. Use a local anesthetic gel before eating to reduce pain. Continue B-complex / multivitamin supplementation.
