Persistent pain and bleeding after 4 days needs direct examination. The ulcer may need local treatment (cauterization, protective dressing, or topical steroid).
Stop unnecessary antibiotics, usually not required for simple traumatic mouth ulcers unless there are signs of spreading infection (fever, swelling, pus).
Local treatment is most important
Apply a topical steroid oral paste (e.g., triamcinolone oral paste) 2–3 times daily after meals.
Use a local anesthetic gel before eating to reduce pain.
Continue B-complex / multivitamin supplementation.
Assessment of iron, folic acid levels.
Tab folic acid5 MG two times after food for 3 weeks.
Becosule z one at night for 3 weeks.
Zytee gel locally apply by ear bud two times before meals.
Candid gel two times after food with ear bud two weeks
