Hello doctor I m having vibrations for 2 3 seconds below my tounge tip, no all time but some times, please tell me what to do, I'm feeling scared

Looks like calcium, vit D deficiency. Replenishing vitamins can help. Also tell if you had any spasms in legs (cramps) or not, any flickering of muscles around eyes or not.

Intermittent vibration under the tongue is usually due to muscle fasciculation, anxiety, stress, or minor nerve irritation. It is not dangerous. Tab B-complex once daily for 15 days Good hydration Stress reduction & adequate sleep If it becomes persistent, painful, or associated with speech/swallowing difficulty, examination is needed. Your symptom sounds like a ‘focal motor tic’. They are usually innocent and settle. Sometimes low calcium and other electrolytes can trigger them too. Get a routine blood test for Cakcium, Mg, KFT. All the best. J G S R clinic

There can be many reason of it... Vitamin B12 deficiency, Magnesium or calcium deficiency, anxiety, stress, dehydration etc.. Need more details in your case..for further evaluation
