Since your Vitamin B12 and HbA1c levels are perfectly normal, we can rule out common diabetic or nutritional neuropathy. The 'red lines' or prominent veins you mentioned, combined with leg pain and occasional numbness, strongly suggest a vascular issue such as Chronic Venous Insufficiency (CVI) or early-stage Varicose Veins. This happens when the valves in your leg veins don't work effectively, making it hard for blood to return to the heart from the legs, causing pooling and pressure."
Next Steps
To get a definitive diagnosis and relief, I suggest: Connect and consult missing some history so need some more information

You seem to have varicose veins.  Pain and numbness can be due to varicose veins,   hypothyroidism, obesity, poor blood circulation as in peripheral vascular disease. Avoid standing continuously for long, sitting with legs dangling down. Get a color doppler legs, thyroid function tests, done and share results. If overweight,  reduce weight.

Likely due to combination of nerve irritation causing numbness and superficial vein prominence red lines👍 Not serious in most cases. Ensure proper footwear, avoid prolonged standing, do leg exercises and stretching. If symptoms persist, may need evaluation for nerve vitamin or circulation issues. Better to consult once for proper assessment and treatment.

Your reports (B12 normal, HbA1c normal, BP normal) are reassuring. The symptoms you describe—leg pain, occasional numbness, and visible red/vein-like lines are most commonly due to a combination of: -Early varicose veins / superficial venous changes -Nerve-related irritation (mild neuropathy or nerve compression) -Prolonged standing/sitting or lifestyle factors -The red vein-like lines are usually superficial veins (not dangerous), especially if there is no swelling or severe pain.
Next Steps
1. Get a Doppler ultrasound of lower limbs to assess venous circulation (for reassurance). 2. Consider neurological evaluation if numbness is frequent 3. Start regular walking + leg strengthening exercises 4. Avoid prolonged sitting/standing; take breaks
Health Tips
-Keep legs slightly elevated while resting -Use comfortable footwear -Compression stockings can help if venous issue is confirmed -Seek urgent care if there is persistent swelling, severe pain, or color change in leg Overall, this looks more like a circulation + mild nerve issue rather than anything serious, but a Doppler will help clarify.
