I think your body & mind  might both be under stress. so I think you have to do some test that i suggest in practo consultation.

Please share details of your symptoms. Get Haemoglobin,  blood sugar,  serum calcium,  vit. D3, b12, proteins,  done and share results. Take syp R.b. tone, 5m.l. morning and evening for a month. Tab shelcal m one morning and one evening for 4 weeks. For pain,  take tab paracetamol 500mg one every 8hours for 4 days.
