You got lot of theory  from many doctors. Assessment of vitamin d3 b12 t3t4tsh mg crp cbc esr advisable. Till than, Polybion lc syr10 ml after dinner for 3weeks. Cholecalciferol d60k one sachet per week for 4 weeks. Evion 600 one at night for ten days.

May be due to nerve compression and or vit B12 and Vit D3 deficiency,bad posture and heavy work load on back leading to muscle spasm.. Symptoms are relieved easily after medication and few postural changes..Gastric issue needs more details..
