Headache and mouth ulcers

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I've been having mild headache since 20-25 days but now it has become extreme I feels ache different different places on my head and I am suffering mouth ulcers again nd again since 45 days I took B-FOLCIN but it didn't work I can't eat food and open mouth properly
