Fever like body pain but no fever
I am feeling body pain mainly in the upper part of my body i.e. above legs without any fever. But it exactly feels like fever without any temperature. Today it is 2 day. My temperature is normal for all these two days. I am not having any other symptoms like cold, headache, loss of smell or loss of taste. Further Whenever I eat after that for few hours body pain disappears but after that again it reappears once I feel hungry. Please reply only if it's real. Reply like need to do consultations to know background history etc.etc are of no use to me. Reply only with specific solution only. No vague or general answers please. My past experiences were very bad hence informing here. Thanks.
