Fever and cough1

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I have been a temperature heat on the body(fever) and cough from last 1 day. I have taken paracetamol as a first step but it didn't work for me. Day was good but again in night I am seeing rise in body temperature and cough has reduced little bit.
