Good day to you Ma'am Do you have any other symptoms other than cold? Do you have fever? Runny nose ?, sputum? Etc. What you are describing can be only a minor URTI. And since you have got covid 4 month back , it is unlikely you could have been infected again, though reinfection cases are reported and covid can't be definitively ruled out. Did your family members suffer from covid too that time? If not and they have developed symptoms now , they should be tested for covid 19. I would advise you to visit nearest health center so that they can help you out further in the issue.
Next Steps
Your family members, if they have developed symptoms now and didn't suffer from covid previously should be tested. you can visit nearest health center so they can prescribe antihistaminic for your cold.

Can't definitely say if it's COVID, but there could be chances of re-infection. It's advisable to consult and review with higher center to rule out possibility of COVID  and also get all your family members tested, Do visit nearest COVID center in case of any breathing difficulties
