Pulmonologist prescribed Doxolin 200, pantaprazole, Cleair tablets and lupituss sf syrup for a month. Doctor said it's seasonal flu related. I m taking these since 24th Jan. Today I m having fever. I m having my periods too. Shall I take paracetamol along with these tablets

Yes — you can safely take paracetamol along with Doxolin 200, pantoprazole, Cleair tablets, and Lupituss SF syrup, even while you are on your periods.
There is no harmful interaction between paracetamol and these medicines.
Getting fever during a prolonged cold/cough episode is common and can be due to:
• Seasonal flu flare-up
• Viral infection overlapping recovery
• Body stress (menstruation can lower immunity temporarily)
This does not automatically mean the treatment has failed.
Next Steps
• Take Paracetamol 500–650 mg now if fever is ≥100°F
• You may repeat it every 6–8 hours if needed
• Maximum: 3,000 mg/day
• Continue all prescribed medicines as advised
Health Tips
• Drink warm fluids frequently
• Steam inhalation once or twice daily
• Rest more during periods — immunity is lower
• Avoid cold drinks and late nights
• Use a warm compress if body aches are present
Paracetamol is the right and safest choice for fever in your situation.
Your symptoms still fit with a seasonal/viral illness, and recovery can be slow when cough keeps recurring.
If you want, you can consult me online — I can:
• Review whether the cough medicines need adjustment
• Decide if any test or short change in treatment is needed
• Help you recover fully and prevent recurrence
You’re doing the right thing by checking first — take care and rest well.
