You should consult a General Physician in your area for a physical examination. If indicated, due to frequent attacks you should also consult an ENT Specialist for your case.
The fact that your symptoms are recurring and do not respond well to antibiotics suggests that the underlying cause may be Allergic Rhinitis or Chronic Sinusitis rather than a simple infection. The "stuck" feeling in the nasopharynx is likely due to post-nasal drip, which triggers a persistent cough.
Diagnostic Recommendations:
Blood Tests: Get a Complete Blood Count (CBC) with Absolute Eosinophil Count (AEC) and Serum IgE levels to check for an allergic profile.
Imaging: If headaches persist, a CT scan of the Paranasal Sinuses (PNS) may be needed to rule out structural issues like polyps or chronic sinus blockage.
Physical Review: A clinical examination of your throat and nasal passages by an ENT specialist is recommended.
Suggested Management:
Nasal Hygiene: Use Saline Nasal Sprays or a Neti pot twice daily to clear allergens and thick mucus from the nasopharynx.
Steam Inhalation: Continue steam inhalation (plain water) to soothe the respiratory lining.
Antihistamines: You may benefit from a course of a non-drowsy antihistamine (like Fexofenadine or Bilastine) or a steroid nasal spray, but these should only be started after a formal prescription.
Avoid Self-Medication: Please stop taking random antibiotics; overusing them can lead to resistance and will not help if the cause is viral or allergic.
General Advice:
Identify and avoid triggers such as dust, strong perfumes, or sudden temperature changes. Focus on improving your immunity with a balanced diet and adequate sleep to combat the fatigue.
Steam inhalation with Vicks or eucalyptus oil two times before meals.
Tab montek lc one at night for five to seven days.

Hi, if its keeps recurring we need to consider allergies. Does anybody in your family have asthma or frequent colds too? The other reason could be chronic sinusitis. When the sinuses are not cleared you keep getting such episodes often. Fatigue is common when illnesses keep coming often. The body has to keep up the immune response which causes tiredness.
Next Steps
when you feel feverish record the temperature. sometimes the body might just be warm.
Get an xray of paranasal sinuses to looks for chronic sinusitis.
