Appears to be upper respiratory tract infection, continue paracetamol if fever present, have warm food and water, avoid spicy and oily food, take sufficient rest and drink plenty of water,if there is running nose then you can take tablet CPM that would be sufficient.
Next Steps
Hopefully in 3 days you might feel better
Health Tips
Avoid taking cold items and eating out.

Likely a viral cold/flu. Weakness and mild dizziness are common after fever due to dehydration and low energy.
Next Steps
What to do: • Drink plenty of warm fluids / ORS / coconut water • Eat light, frequent meals • Continue paracetamol if fever/body ache • Steam inhalation & warm salt water gargles • Rest well and stand up slowly
Health Tips
See a doctor if: fever >5 days, severe dizziness, breathlessness, chest pain, or thick yellow sputum. Usually improves in a few days with rest and hydration.

This looks like a simple viral infection. Weakness and mild dizziness can happen due to fever and low fluid intake. Take rest, drink plenty of fluids, and continue paracetamol if fever persists.
Next Steps
If symptoms continue or worsen, please consult me for proper evaluation and treatment.

Since you have: • 3 days of cough and cold • Mild fever • Now weakness + drained feeling + slight dizziness This is most consistent with a viral upper respiratory infection. Common reasons for your current symptoms: •
Health Tips
See a doctor if: ⚠ Fever persists beyond 5 days ⚠ High fever >102°F ⚠ Severe dizziness or fainting ⚠ Breathlessness ⚠ Persistent vomiting ⚠ Severe weakness not improving in 48 hours If viral, improvement usually begins by Day 4–5. ⸻ Important Question Are you having: • Loose motions? • Vomiting? • Very low BP? • Severe throat pain? • COVID exposure? Let me know your exact symptoms so I can refine treatment more precisely. If weakness or dizziness continues beyond 2 days, I strongly recommend a proper evaluation — we can assess hydration status, BP, and rule out complications. You can book an online consultation so we can adjust medications safely and help you recover faster.

Hello, Your symptoms (cough, cold, mild fever followed by weakness, low energy, and slight dizziness) are most likely due to a viral upper respiratory infection with post-viral weakness, which is very common and usually improves within a few days. Medicines you can take (for 3–5 days):• Paracetamol 500 mg when fever/body ache (maximum 3 times/day if needed).• Levocetirizine + Montelukast once at night for cold/allergy symptoms.• Steam inhalation 2–3 times daily.• Cough syrup (if troublesome cough) like ambroxol/levosalbutam combination.• Multivitamin or Vitamin C once daily for a week. For weakness & dizziness:• Drink plenty of fluids (ORS, coconut water, soups).• Eat light but frequent meals.• Adequate rest and sleep.• Check blood pressure if dizziness persists. Antibiotics are not required unless fever becomes high or lasts >5 days.
Next Steps
See a doctor if:• Fever >101°F for more than 3–4 days• Breathing difficulty or chest pain• Persistent severe dizziness• Symptoms not improving after 5–7 days This should settle gradually — viral weakness can take 5–10 days to fully recover. Take care and get well soon.
