Your Widal report appears borderline and by itself may not confirm active typhoid, especially since symptoms are continuing for almost a month. Persistent loose motions, weakness, and recurrent fever need proper clinical correlation and sometimes additional evaluation rather than depending only on a single Widal value.
The good thing is that most causes are manageable once identified correctly 👍

Your Widal report is not strongly positive for typhoid. Titers like 1:80 are borderline and by themselves do not confirm active typhoid infection, especially after 1 month of symptoms.
Since loose motions and weakness are continuing, I would suggest further evaluation like CBC, stool test/stool culture and consultation with a physician rather than relying only on Widal. Please maintain hydration, take light food and avoid outside/oily food for now.
If fever becomes persistent, high grade, blood appears in stool, or weakness increases, do get examined physically.

Widal test is the most overrated test in India. Doctors in India uses this test to get money, everybody in India came positive for Widal becauses atleast once everybody has Typhoid.So dont give importance to this regressive old test.
You had a history of one month of GI infections, you need proper workup, something serious is going on in your body.
