Hi welcome - I advice to v less rice ,fried rice , no fast,junk,cream based foods. No fried or oily,Street foods,. Mostly u need low calorie less organic foods,more vegetables, fruits, always dynamic, be engazed in activities not to be one place sedentary. Suriya namaskar yoga,brisk walikg helpful for u.

Hello, to reduce your abdominal fat and for overall weight loss, opt for low fat and high fiber diet. Choose more of whole grains, sprouts, fruits and vegetables. Include salad compulsory in your lunch and dinner. Avoid refined and processed foods. Avoid sweets too. Include 30 - 40 mins exercise daily like walking crunches, push up, planks,etc.
