Weight loss and stress
And took medicine. I am 17 years old. For 2 years I could not go to school properly because of headaches. Now the headaches are less, but I get a lot of anxiety when I go to school or outside. My weight is 38 kg. I feel underconfident and weak about my body, and my skin looks very dull.

Weight gain is a steady process and requires balanced nutrition, consistent exercise and lifestyle changes. Here are some tips you can follow for healthy weight gain: - Make sure your diet includes protein sources for all of your major meals, as proteins are essential in building muscle strength of the body. - For breakfast you can have options including besan chilla, moong dal dosa or include protein sources such as sprouts and egg whites. - For lunch and dinner, you can include a bowl of dal, pulses, sautéed low fat paneer / soya chunks (as per food preference) salad and mixed sprouts. - For dinner, meals can be planed with lean chicken, fish or eggs as well. - In between meals, try to consume snack options such as peanut chana mix, sattu water or greek yogurt. - Along with diet, consistent exercise as strength or resistance training helps in muscle building and weight gain as well. - Make sure you keep your water intake as 2.5 to 3 litres daily. - Sleep of seven to eight hours daily helps in muscle recovery.

When you are stressed, your body may burn calories faster or your appetite may vanish Take small frequent meals instead of large meals Focus on nutrients dense rather than junk add healthy fats to every meal . Nuts, seeds, nut butter , olive oils, avocados and full fat dairy It eating feels difficult try drinking calories like smoothie, fruit juices , full fat milkshakes Manage stress and anxiety Practice deep breathing, yoga , meditation manage stress level High anxiety to low sleep and reduce weight If you are exercising to manage stress , reduce intensity. Opt for light walk instead of high intensity workout to avoid losing more
