I am 24 years old . My weight is 52 kgs I think it is  Under weight. Every one is asking me to gain weight so that I look good. Please suggest some food and processes to increase weight.

The most important data is missing - your height. If you are shorter or just above 5 feet tall then your weight is somewhat proportionate If you are taller then yes you might be underweight (again depends on how tall you are)
