Hi I want to know that can I take protein supplement/powder?  Because I want to be healthy and want to increase weight and muscles.I exercise regularly and I think my nutrition is not complete such as protein and fiber .so please recommend some protein supplement or any alternative or please provide some suggestion. If you recommend protein powder please recommend a safe for body, protein supplement and taking this supplement I should see the results in me like muscles size increment.

1st just check your bmi, and require protein base on your overall weight. Generally 1 kg weight requires 1gm protein, according to u can make combinations of food intake protein and supplements protein. Both u can use.go with any good brand protein powder. You should add proper diet during the day. Supplements are not healthy. Better to take natural food stuff to boost up your metabolism rate. Natural food is good to improve your immune system and boost up your metabolism rate, so that you can absorb your meal properly and get required nutrients
