For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and walk early morning and evening. Small and frequent feeding should be in your diet. Avoid oily and fried food . You can reduce 4-5kg within one month with coustomize diet plan

Thank you for the query . Yes you can add protein powder or add more protein to your meals . But you need to eat a balanced diet , not just proteins . Drink a lot of water for detox . Eat on fixed time . Dont skip meals , just cut down on the portion size . Dont sleep or lie down after taking meals .
Next Steps
Do weight training exercises more .

Yes, protein shakes can be used for weight loss, but they’re not magic for fat loss. They mainly help by improving satiety (feeling full), preserving muscle, and making it easier to meet protein needs. As a nutritionist, I’d suggest: Use a protein shake only if you’re not getting enough protein from meals. Take 1 scoop with water or milk (choose low sugar options). Best timing: post-workout or as a mid-morning/evening snack replacement, not in addition to your normal meals. Pair it with real foods (eggs, dal, curd, paneer, chicken, tofu, etc.) rather than relying only on shakes.
Next Steps
Kindly book a consultation, so that i can guide you in a better way.
Health Tips
For weight loss, creating a small calorie deficit matters more than the shake itself. If weight has stalled for a long time, checking portion sizes and medical factors (thyroid, PCOS, stress, sleep, medications, etc.) may also help.
