Vitamin B 12 deficiency
Sir/madam My husband has vitamin B 12 level 127 and also low BP around 100/60. Having no symptoms of low bp. But what is the reason behind low bp. His sugar levels is under control i.e. fasting 89 and pp is 128. Kindly suggest
