Very Very low vitd3 vitb12.  Uprise d60k once a week for eight weeks followed by one per month for six months a complete therapy by WHO. Neurokind od after dinner for two to three months.

You have low b12 and vitD. need B12 injections followed by oral supplements for 3 months. Vitamin D deficiency can be corrected by oral supplements like weekly once syrup. This is reversible, dont worry.
