Vitamin deficiency
Hello, I've recently done a blood test and found out I am deficient in vitamin D and B12. My results are: FERRITIN: 50.9 ng/ml VITAMIN D: 15.59 ng/ml VITAMIN B12: 258 pg/ml ZINC: 111.7 ug/dL Please prescribe medicine and dosage.

Tab uprise 60,000 units once a week for 8 weeks. Rest of the results fall within normal range. Take more of green leafy vegetables,  fresh fruits, nuts,eggs, beans, berries,  sprouts, mushrooms.

Vitamin D is low and B12 is borderline low. Ferritin and zinc are normal. You can take: • Vitamin D3 60,000 IU once weekly for 6–8 weeks • Vitamin B12 1000 mcg daily (or weekly injections if symptoms) Take sunlight exposure and balanced diet. Recheck after 2–3 months. Consult a doctor for proper evaluation and treatment.

First of all - Are you taking Pantop or any acidity medicine If yes then you have to alternate the dose and medicine... Instead of taking medicine for deficiency, it is better to treat the cause of Decrease level of VITAMIN D , B12 and IRON

Take d3 must 60k once a week for 4 week B12 level is ok but towards lower side .You can take methylcobalamine 1500 tablet.its available with chemist. Check calcium also.vitamin d level low may have low calcium also
