Hi, My vitamin B12 level has come down from 75 ng/ml to 50ng/ml in last 4months. I had taken neurobian forte for 2months as suggested by doctor. Please suggest treatment.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Tab. Neurobion forte twice a day after food for a month. Inj. Nervijen once a day for 5 days.
