As per the reports attached it would be advised to  consult in order to discuss symptom, clinical manifestations, causes of vit b12 and vit d deficiencies .A dietary history ,personnel and family history would be best for you to consider before jumping into treatment Like for example Anaemia due to b12 deficiency can be due to veg diet malabsorption tape worm etc
Next Steps
for best results i would suggest to take methylcobalamin ME12 injection 500mcg 3 doses iv over a week and then take any oral supplement preferably neurobion forte 1 tab for 30 days and repeat the test for vit d take injection Arachitol 6l iu im single dose followed by weekly oral dose of 60k for 3 weeks whilst trying to get appropriate sunlight exposure
Health Tips
do share other lab tests and contact via the app for proper understanding of the effects of vit deficiencies

Your reports show low Vitamin D and low Vitamin B12 levels. • Vitamin D: 13.7 ng/ml – this falls in the deficiency range of Vitamin D Deficiency (normal usually >30 ng/ml). • Vitamin B12: 167 pg/ml – this also indicates Vitamin B12 Deficiency (generally normal >200 pg/ml). Both deficiencies are quite common and may cause symptoms like fatigue, body pain, weakness, hair fall, low immunity, or tingling sensations if prolonged.
Next Steps
Common supplementation doctors usually recommend: For Vitamin D • Cholecalciferol 60,000 IU once weekly for 6–8 weeks, then once monthly for maintenance. For Vitamin B12 • Methylcobalamin 1500 mcg tablet once daily for 6–8 weeks, or a weekly injection if levels are very low or symptoms are present. After 8–12 weeks, repeat the tests to ensure levels have improved.
Health Tips
• Get 15–20 minutes of sunlight exposure daily (morning sunlight is best) to improve Vitamin D levels. • Increase foods rich in B12 such as eggs, milk, fish, chicken, and fortified cereals. • Maintain regular exercise and balanced nutrition to improve absorption and overall health. • Avoid long-term self-medication without follow-up testing. If you want, you can book an online consultation and share your full report so I can review it in detail and guide you on the exact dose and duration of supplements best suited for you.

Hello, Your reports indicate Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 deficiency. You can take Vitamin D3 60,000 IU once weekly for 6–8 weeks, followed by a maintenance dose as advised. For Vitamin B12, Methylcobalamin 1500 mcg daily for 4–6 weeks can help improve the levels. Along with supplements, try to get 15–20 minutes of daily sunlight exposure and include milk, curd, paneer, eggs, fish, green leafy vegetables and fortified cereals in your diet. It is advisable to repeat the levels after 8–12 weeks to assess response to treatment. Please consult your physician for proper evaluation and prescription.
