Viral fever
Cough cold (flem , sinus type feeling in the head), fever, body ache since the last 4 days. Caught a viral/flu from my 2 year old daughter. She's also currently recovering. I have taken DCold and Crocin to feel better but not consistently. What can I take to feel better? I haven't been to work since Thursday , and have been just home trying to recover but it hasn't helped and I need to recover asap.

Take tablet dolo 650 three times a day for 3 days. Allercet DC at morning for 5 days. Cyra D half an hour before food in the morning for 5 days
