Very much fatigue with low temperature
I am suffering from severe fatigue and mild pain in left abdomen near flank and belly button. My oral temp is 96-96.5 always but my eyes are burning hot, I feel body is warm from inside. Can it be a sign of infection. What should be done to rule out the problem and does UTI or any other thing causing it.

Keep your self well hydrated. Take citralka syrup mixed in half glass of water. Get an ultrasound of your abdomen done to rule out kidney stones.
