Hello. Your symptoms are suggestive of acute gastritis/indigestion or a mild food-borne infection after outside food. Since Nexpro RD 40 and Drotin-M have not provided relief, kindly let me know: • Is the pain in the upper abdomen or lower abdomen? • Any vomiting, loose motions, fever, abdominal bloating, or burning sensation? • Any history of acidity, gallstones, or gastric ulcer? Meanwhile, continue light, soft diet, take adequate fluids/ORS, and avoid oily, spicy foods, tea, coffee, and carbonated drinks. For excessive burping and gas, an antacid with simethicone may help if suitable for you.
Next Steps
Please share the exact location of pain and associated symptoms for further guidance. If pain is severe, persistent, associated with fever, repeated vomiting, blood in stools, or abdominal distension, consult a physician urgently.
Health Tips
Maintain hydration and take small frequent meals. Do not self-medicate with painkillers such as ibuprofen or diclofenac, as they may worsen gastritis.
