The combination of stomach pain, fever, cough, and weakness together is most commonly seen with a viral infection such as flu, where the body experiences both respiratory and digestive symptoms simultaneously. However, this combination — especially when it makes you feel significantly unwell — can sometimes indicate a more serious infection like typhoid fever or a chest infection. Rest, adequate fluid intake, and light easily digestible food are helpful, but given the multiple symptoms together, a proper medical examination is necessary rather than self-medicating.
Next Steps
Please consult a physician in person for examination and appropriate investigations. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.

Hi, Stomach pain with fever and cough is due to a viral infection or gastritis. If it doesn't improve in 2-3 days or worsens, a medical review would be worthwhile. Feel free to consult for further guidance.

Stomach pain with fever and cough can be due to viral infection/flu, gastritis, food infection, or sometimes chest infection. Do next: Take rest, drink fluids/ORS, light food, and take paracetamol for fever as per dose. Avoid oily/spicy food. Please consult a doctor if fever is high, breathing difficulty, severe stomach pain, vomiting, loose motions, chest pain, or symptoms last more than 2 days.
