According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from diarrhoea due to presumed infectious origin. For treatment you should take Proton pump inverter like pantaprazole  and antibiotic like metronidazole and electral powder with multivitamin.

you should change your lifestyle like take sufficient amount of water take less spicy and fatty food and don't take outside food.

Hi. I can understand your concern. It can be due to acute Gastroenteritis. Will be fine with proper medicine. Take tab bifilac 3 times a day before food Tab o2 twice a day after food Tab pan 40 twice a day before food For 5 days.
