Stomach Ache and lower back pain
I've been experiencing
stomach ache and lower backache on the lower right side. While the backache sometimes is excruciating, when I sit for too long, the stomach ache is mild pain and more like a discomfort through the day.

Hello welcome madam
It may be due urinary tract infection or pelvic inflammatory disease.
Do the following tests
1) urine routine and culture test
2) pap smear of vaginal discharge for microbiology and others
3) ultrasound abdomen and pelvis
4) complete hemogram with peripheral smear study
5) fasting and postprandial blood sugar levels
This will narrow down your problem
If everything is normal,go for CT scan LS spine
