Skin problem.
Pigmentation- area around my nose and below lower lip has become very black. (I few times tried cleaning it with dettol and it felt like burning there and would become red but only to later come back to black)
Also acne or boils have become regular on my face mostly forehead.

Self treatment is the Worst treatment that you can ever do... please do not try anything on face on your own. Rather better do nothing on ur own than to suffer. Please get yourself examined by a Specialist and follow the instructions so advised.

Greetings. First of all dettol must never be applied on the face. You must see a qualified dermatologist to assess the reason for pigmentation then corrective treatment may be instituted.
