  3. Right side pain. Symptoms since 3 days!

Right side pain
I am having right side pain near rib after eating at night . The pain spreads near neck and shoulder . When I dont eat anythng at night pain is very mild but after eating pain is very very throbbing . As I go for bowels pain decreases . I am having these symptoms since 3 days

Please check with your physician it could be simple infection but it can be gall bladder infection / or liver infection examination is necessary before coming to any conclusion.
