Please make sure you consult physician to make sure there is no risk factors likely associated with heart disease by doing an examination, ECG, and Echo. This will ensure you are dealing with the reflux/acid disorder. Please make sure to have a consistent time of eating with 5 times between 8 am to 7 pm.
