The symptoms may be due to gastric issues such as Gastritis, Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), bloating, or Helicobacter pylori infection. Contributing factors may include the intake of oily, spicy, and junk food. We will evaluate further through investigations such as CBC, LFT, thyroid profile, and other relevant blood tests. Like vitamin D and b12  and An ultrasound of the whole abdomen may be advised, and if required, an upper GI endoscopy will be considered.

The symptoms you are describing—localized right-sided abdominal pain, loss of appetite (no hunger), and dizziness—need to be evaluated carefully. The fact that you feel better when you avoid food suggests that your digestive system is struggling to process meals, which could be due to inflammation in the stomach or gallbladder. Right-sided pain can be caused by several factors, ranging from severe acidity and Gastritis to issues with the Gallbladder (stones) or even the Appendix."
Next Steps
Gastritis/Peptic Ulcer: Inflammation of the stomach lining often causes pain that worsens after eating, explaining why you feel 'happy' or relieved when you remain without food. Biliary Colic: If the pain is in the upper right side, it could be related to the gallbladder, especially if it feels 'heavy' after meals. Nutritional Weakness: The dizziness and body pain you mentioned are likely secondary to your lack of food intake and 'No hunger' state, leading to low blood sugar or mild dehydration.

For now, you can: Take small, frequent meals instead of large meals Avoid spicy, oily, and outside food Drink enough water Do not stay empty stomach for very long However, since your symptoms are persistent, you may need proper evaluation and medications to settle this completely. Sometimes we may also need basic tests to rule out other causes.
Next Steps
I would strongly recommend a consultation so I can assess your symptoms in detail and start the right treatment for you.
Health Tips
Early treatment will help you feel better quickly and prevent this from becoming a long-term issue.

Hello. I have noted your symptoms and understand how distressing this "heaviness" and dizziness can be. The fact that you feel better when you do not eat suggests that your symptoms are directly related to the digestive process. When you eat, your stomach may be struggling to process the food, leading to that "heavy" feeling and discomfort. The dizziness and weakness you are feeling could be due to inadequate nutrition or a drop in blood pressure/sugar after meals. To help me understand better, please clarify: Where exactly is the pain? Is it in the upper abdomen (near the ribs) or lower? Do you have any acid reflux, bloating, or changes in your bowel movements (constipation or diarrhea)? When did you last have a blood test to check your Hemoglobin (Iron levels) or Vitamin D/B12? Initial Recommendations Modify Eating Patterns: Instead of full meals, try having very small, frequent portions (6–8 times a day). This reduces the "heavy" load on your stomach. Focus on Easy Digestion: Stick to a "soft" diet for a few days—steamed vegetables, dal/khichdi, and curd. Avoid spicy, oily, and fried foods completely. Hydration: Since you feel dizzy, ensure you are taking electrolyte-rich fluids like coconut water or ORS throughout the day, even if you aren't eating much solid food. Avoid Lying Down: Remain upright for at least 2 hours after eating to assist gastric emptying. Suggested Evaluation Given the duration of your symptoms and the generalized body pain, I recommend: Basic Blood Work: To check for anemia (low blood) and infections. Ultrasound of the Abdomen: To rule out issues with the gallbladder or any inflammation. H. pylori testing: A common stomach bacteria that can cause these exact symptoms. If you notice any severe vomiting, black-colored stools, or if the dizziness causes you to faint, please visit an emergency department immediately. Take care and I hope you feel better soon.
