Right Side Chest Pain
My mother is having pain on the right side of her chest and she vomited once. The pain comes suddenly and then stops on its own after some time. It is already late at night and we are not sure what we should do right now.

Check b.p. Get  cbp,ultrasound abdomen done,  share results. Give her tab pantaprazole 40mg one daily before breakfast,  tab domperidone 10mg one daily every 8 hours for 3 to 4 daysTab zerodol sp, one if pain is more.
