I am breastfeeding mother I have 2months old baby girl. I want reduce my weight so can I take boiled jeera water to empty stomach in the morning. Does this makes any problem to milk secretion or do it effect my baby's health. Pls help me out.

Jeera or cumin seeds enhances breast milk secretion. Coming to the weight loss bit, it increases metabolism and has a slight role to play in weight loss

No, and yes you can take But only jeera water will not help you to loose weight And now you eat wholesome meal which is balance diet when an avoid junck food so u will gain weight And do weight after when baby will be 4 or 6 months old
