I am mother of 3 month baby and I am exclusively feeding my Son. Can I eat bitter gourd(karela) and geloy as i am also pre-diabetic person. Please suggest?

Hello user Yes, you can have all the fruits and vegetables. But no giloy. Not good for infant

Therefore,it is advised to avoid giloy along with immunosuppressants.

Hi You can eat Bittergaurd as a part of meal. Not excessively. Consume milk , fruit and veggies . Giloy - I would recommend for a while . Fresh Bhrami leaves I. Form of chutney is better.

Bitter gourd is ok but in limited amount These type of food for breastfeeding some times cause infants loose motions issue
