Healthy evening ma’am,
Bitter gourd is famous for its bitter taste . It’s not a problem to eat little of bitter foods for the baby’s needs . Bitter gourd is very special because it contains certain nutrition to increase the milk supply within its bitterness. It contains vitamin K, lycopene, photochemical, and antioxidants. The efficiency of bitter gourd is very powerful. So it does not only function for increasing the milk supply but also lowering blood sugar levels and reducing the risk of cancer.
Giloy may cause the immune system to become more active. Therefore,it is advised to avoid giloy along with immunosuppressants.

Hi
You can eat Bittergaurd as a part of meal. Not excessively.
Consume milk , fruit and veggies .
Giloy - I would recommend for a while . Fresh Bhrami leaves I. Form of chutney is better.
