Piles post pregnancy
Hi, I have piles since years but it was under control until my delivery. 4 days back i had normal delivery which boosted this issue again. The consulted gynic suggested local anaesthetia cream which is not giving any relief. And additionally im using few home remedies such as sitz bath with salt and then applying coconut oil or pilex, which isn't s relief. I have burning and pricking sensation and feel very heavy and unable to sit. Hence I started using brufin, which is of 30% relief in pain but still can't sit. There is hard projection out and goes inside when try pushing but comes out again . Will Icepack help? Or sitz bath? Pls suggest something which i can rely on fr speed recovery as im unable to enjoy my motherhood because of this.
